Back-Ordered Items
if an item is out of stock we will contact you to give you the option to back-order, select an alternative product or cancel your order.
Return Goods Policy
Goods can be returned within 7 days of initial purchase. All goods must be in the same condition and packaging. Please contact us prior to returning the goods.
Damaged Goods
Great care is taken to ensure goods are in perfect condition prior to sending and during postage. If you have received goods that are damaged please contact us immediately so we can arrange to have the goods returned.
Warranty
Mudtrack Limited does not offer a warranty for products that we sell, since we do not actually produce it. Warranty is given by the manufacturer, however we will endeavor to support our customers if we consider a claim is warranted. We stand behind our products so if you have a concern please contact us so we can work with you until the issue is resolved.
Delivery
We aim to dispatch goods within 24 hours of ordering. Deliveries within New Zealand are by courier and all parcels are tracked. Some of our deliveries will require a signature.
